You send us all the information you have on your property. If you received a letter from us, we’ll need your reference number.

2) We Evaluate

We check to see if your property meets our criteria and our current needs. If it doesn’t, we’ll let you know and may revisit in the future. If it does, we’ll make you an offer.

3) We Make an Offer

Once we determine the property meets our criteria, we’ll agree on a CASH price for your property.

4) We Pay You CASH
